First, the documentation requirements set positions:

1.Supplier must accurately fill out the "SHIPPER INSTRUCTION" and "ASN" , then fax or email all the files including "SHIPPER INSTRUCTION","ASN" and related Invoice & Packing list to us for warehouse receiving booking in HongKong.our customer service will check all the data, if all the files is no any problem, we will feedback the "SHIPPING ORDER NUMBER" to supplier.

2.According to different business types,our company established the related operation processes and rule, please pay attention to the DEADLINE for SUMMIT THE BOOKING and RECEIVING.

Appendix 1:download the "SHIPPER INSTRUCTION" and "ASN".

The ASN must be provided to us not only you delivey to Hongkong hub, But also you delivery to Futian Free Trade Zone hub,please make sure to fill out the ASN, and sent to our customer service staff, otherwise the cargo may be rejected to receive.

Second, the deliver procedures in Hongkong warehouse:

The Supplier must be submitted the files in duplicate (SHIPPING INSTRUCTION, Invoice. & Packing list) to our operator in warehouse, and BOOKING NUMNER.please copy it before you get our warehouse.

  1. when your driver or sender entry our Hongkong warehouse, need to pay a registration fee (see quotation).
  2. when you received the formal receipt, combine the receipt and the other files then submit all of then to our receiving center,and waiting for receiving.
  3. According to the order,we operator will arrange the receiving dock, will notice the carrier or sender park to the discharge pleace.(self-unloading by sender or carrier,we cannot provide the unloading tools)
  4. Five boxes (Size: 35x 35 x 35cm) or more will only be accepted by pallets. (Must be non-wooden pallets in used)
  5. Our team will check the box label,cartons, quantity,part number,country of origin,pallets.
  6. We will check whether the goods are damaged, the packaging is not standardized. (See receiving standard)
  7. When we finish the check, if there is no any exception, we will fill out the POD,and the driver will check all the POD files,he check, if there is no any exception, the driver or sender must signed.
  8. The standard size pallets must be used when all supplier deliveries cargo to our warehouse, and a pallet height is not more than 180CM, must be in non-wooden pallets (if the pallet need to be replaced a new one,the driver or sender will be billed the pallets fee + labor fee).
  9. when All supplier deliveries, the cargo can clearly check the box number and part number (goods labels shall be placed outwards, with pallt number does not accept delivery)

Note: Due to the height of the loading dock and tonnage limitations, the case of a 40 'high container or 45' container truck, please notice prior to delivery of customer service to arrange.
